We give special attention to each individual process, evaluating several skills and criteria before sending any candidate to the client.

Some of the most important elements to be assessed:

PROFESSIONALISM, MOTIVATION, CAPACITIES OF CHANGE AND INTEGRATION, LANGUAGE PROFICIENCY (written and spoken), etc.

These and other requirements are agreed in advance with clients.

Within the framework of the services provided by us, if you are a client of Omega Care, we will need to collect and use information regarding you or your collaborators to:

(i) Find the right candidates for your enterprise;

(ii) Provide you a service provider program (SPP) or to support another enterprise that will deliver the service to you;

(iii) Provide you an outsource recruitment process or provide assistance to another enterprise to deliver that service.

(iv) Notify you whenever Omega Care publishes content that might be relevant or useful for you (for example our global skills index).

In order to offer the right job opportunities to candidates, in a way that is safe, and to avoid any unexpected issues for candidates and our staff as well, we will need to collect personal information from you. We will only ask for your contact details, since you have been listed as an emergency contact for our candidates or staff members.            

Much of your personal information is needed to help us comply with our contractual obligations towards you or third parties. When required by local statute or law, the social security number or information about the religious creed (when appropriate) may be requested. Other elements may only be  needed to ensure a good collaboration between us. If you, for any reason, refuse to provide us these data, we may not be able to fulfill our contractual obligations, or, in more extreme cases, it may undermine our collaboration. 

CANDIDATE DATA:

The main reason for using your personal data is to help you find the employment that better fits your profile. The more information we have about you - including your skills and ambitions -, the better we will be able to deliver to you a more personalized service. When appropriate, and in compliance with the local legislation and regulations, we may also use your personal data for the purposes of marketing, profile definition and monitoring. However, when appropriate, you will be asked to give us your consent for that.  

REFERENCES AND EMERGENCY CONTACTS:  

Data from reference contacts will be used to help candidates find the employment that better fits their profile. By having access to your personal data and professional qualifications, we will make sure your profile  is the one that meets the requirements of the potential employer. We may also use the personal data from your reference contacts to contact them regarding recruitment activities that might be of interest to them.  These personal data or emergency contacts will be activated in the event of an accident involving the candidate or any member of the staff.
